Occupational Health and Safety Certification

Occupational health and safety certification is an international standard jointly launched by 13 organizations including the British Standards Institute and Det Norske Veritas in 1999, which serves as a quasi international standard. The 0HSAS18001 standard is a certification standard that serves as the foundation for organizations to establish occupational health and safety certifications. It is also the main basis for enterprises to conduct internal audits and certification bodies to implement certification audits. On November 12, 2000, China converted to the national standard GB/T28001-2001 idt OHSAS18001:1999 "Occupational Health and Safety Certification". On December 20 of the same year, the State Economic and Trade Commission also launched the "Occupational Safety and Health Management System Audit Specification" and launched an occupational health and safety certification system in China.
